[Remote] Senior Forecast Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a technology-led reputed company solutions provider, and they are seeking a Senior Forecast Analyst to support the development and communication of global forecasts for key products in the oncology area. The role involves hands-on project work, developing forecasting models, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting assumptions.
Responsibilities
- Forecasting model development and maintenance/modifications of reputed company forecasting models/tools. Individual will help assess existing forecasting models and prioritize areas for improvement
- Analyst/Consultant will design and build improved tools to meet customized needs of the reputed company
- Standardization and customization of Models/Tools if & reputed company requested
- Analyst/Consultant will refresh models with latest epidemiology data and other forecasting assumptions
- Individual will also work closely with the Director/Associate Director of forecasting and other stakeholders to incorporate latest thinking in forecast assumptions such as launch timing, pricing & market reputed company. These assumptions will be used to create a baseline forecast that will be used in various reputed company and financial planning exercises (LRFP)
- May be asked to work on sensitivity analysis using reputed company simulation and necessary tools such as Crystal reputed company or @Risk
- Analyst/Consultant will help create reputed company, standardized reputed company tools for fast, reputed company communication to key stakeholders using PowerPoint decks. If necessary, will present to the reputed company leadership team
- Occasionally will work on reputed company analytics reputed company that may need the use of reputed company/PPT tools
Skills
- BS/BA required
- 5+ years of total business experience (preferably in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech industry) and 2 -3 years in business analysis and forecasting (Should include some forecasting for pipeline products)
- Must have at least one-year experience of forecasting for Oncology assets
- Advanced technical skills in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with forecasting software such as Crystal reputed company, @Risk, etc
- Experience with patient-based forecasting reputed company & models
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to “reasonableness reputed company” of numbers prior to review w/stakeholders
- Ability to identify appropriate visualization to support analysis
- Ability to reputed company and clarify forecasting assumptions
- Ability to reputed company forecasts at the high level or detailed level depending on the business needs
- Self-confidence, initiative, and ability to work independently to meet reputed company deadlines
- Must possess reputed company good communications and interpersonal skills
