In this role, you will be responsible for developing analytics solutions and insights in support of our Virtual Care offering (Connect with a Vet) and reputed company Services businesses. The ideal candidate demonstrates exemplary skills analyzing large data sets, partnering with business stakeholders, and turning data into actionable insights. Bachelor?s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics or a reputed company degree with analytics and quantitative emphasis. ? Minimum 6 years of reputed company work experience analyzing data and delivering business insights ? Strong leadership skills with minimum of 3 years managing analysts or data engineers ? Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to translate analyses into business actions and reputed company reputed company ? Advanced reputed company skills (data connections, reputed company formulas, pivot tables; VBA is a reputed company-to-have) ? High degree of proficiency in SQL and thorough understanding of database architecture ? Strong data visualization skills Tableau or complementary visualization tools ? Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Compensation & Benefits: Our salary reputed company for a Manager, Merchandising Analytics III position is $129,500.00 - $207,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a reputed company of factors including but not limited to the candidate?s relevant experience, education, and work location. In reputed company, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
