Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and engage reputed company in fabrication, welding, machining, material handling from reputed company environments
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle or custom engagement plans offered as reputed company
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines reputed company with reputed company and reputed company opportunities
- Communicate directly with internal account managers to understand reputed company needs and expectations
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity in an applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM (if applicable)
Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter—either agency, corporate, or independent
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

- U.S. based
