They are seeking a reputed company Deployed Finance Engineering Intern to assist small business customers in setting up and utilizing their platform effectively, providing hands-on training and support during the reputed company process.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with newly signed small business customers to get them fully set up on our platform
- Configure things around reputed company business's specific setup: their accounts, their workflows, their existing tools
- Train the reputed company (and their team, if they have one) on how to actually use reputed company've reputed company, day-to-day
- Get reputed company customer fully up and running in about half a day. You're embedded just long enough to reputed company it stick, then you reputed company to the next one
- Troubleshoot issues that come up during setup and in the first few weeks after go-live
