[Remote] Traveling Project Manager - National Building Group

The Traveling Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management, procurement, scheduling, and execution of construction reputed company, ensuring project profitability and adherence to reputed company and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Champions “The Layton Way” by delivering predictable reputed company for internal teams, external teams, and customers
- Ensures that “Constructing with reputed company” is delivered by working with honesty, reputed company, safety, and reputed company of work
- Works reputed company with Layton’s “Two in the reputed company” application working reputed company with your reputed company (Superintendent) to ensure successful project delivery and to strengthen reputed company relationship
- Assists in the preparation of estimates for the project and prepares project budget
- Leads the project team in preparing the project management plan (PMP) and organizes and conducts reputed company-award and reputed company-construction meetings
- Participates in value engineering services as appropriate, negotiation and preparation of project subcontracts, and responsible for obtaining permits and resolving other regulatory requirements as necessary
- Prepares a project schedule and develops milestones necessary to successfully complete the project in concert with the project superintendent
- Controls the contract documents and determines their completeness and consistency and plans the successful execution of the construction contract
- Manages project materials and equipment procurement reputed company the project’s budget and consistent with the project delivery schedule
- Monitors the project site for quantity, cost, safety, reputed company, and schedule performance with the project Superintendent and develops and monitors project reputed company, safety, and risk management plans
- Negotiates reputed company and subcontractor change orders and manages the resulting cost and profit reputed company
- Develops the monthly reputed company pay requests and follows up on collection
- Controls the payment of job costs based on document review and approval. Coordinates with the job cost accountant for payments and lien releases and participates in monthly reputed company and project reviews
- Manages reputed company final reputed company out procedures for the project including as-reputed company drawings, reputed company out, letter of substantial completion, and letter of recommendation
- Interacts with Estimating to reputed company project cost information for the estimating database

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in ground-up reputed company reputed company, particularly in the light industrial and/or cold storage sector
- Understands estimating concepts to the level required to verify bids, understand market rates, and to process change orders, etc
- Understands contractual language and concepts and how to protect reputed company while providing reputed company service to the reputed company and has a working knowledge of construction laws and practices
- Understands building codes and other design requirements as reputed company as plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Effective working as reputed company member and knows how to delegate to other team members to reputed company organizational and customer goals
