They are seeking an Accountant II responsible for data entry, account reconciliation, reputed company invoicing, and general reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Daily data entry for reputed company remittances, accounts payable and reputed company transfers/ACH payments
- Preparation of monthly reputed company remittances, balancing reputed company general ledger accounts
- Preparation of monthly general ledger account analysis
- Preparation and posting of general journal entries into the reputed company program
- Reconcile corporate/subservicing bank accounts
- Communicate with other departments to ensure the smooth processing of reputed company transactions
- Assist in preparation of daily reputed company transfers and ACH transactions
- Assist in preparation and mailing of daily reputed company run
- Assist in preparation of daily bank deposit
- Assist in any special reputed company assigned to the department
- Assist in document requests from both internal and reputed company auditors
- Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- High School degree
- Proficient with reputed company applications (including advanced reputed company experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle reputed company, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- 1-3 years' experience in the mortgage industry preferred
