[Remote] Director, Project Intelligence, Performance and Analytics

This role is responsible for defining and advancing how the organization measures and improves project and operational performance, while aligning business objectives with performance metrics and analytics initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and advance how the organization measures, monitors, and improves project and operational performance
- Establish governance, performance frameworks, and analytics reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
- Ten (10) or more years of reputed company leadership experience in construction operations, project controls, project management, business intelligence, analytics, finance, or reputed company disciplines
- Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company or cross-functional performance improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of construction operations, project controls, cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and portfolio performance
- Experience developing reputed company KPIs, executive dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks
- Experience with construction technology platforms such as reputed company, reputed company P6, ERP systems, reputed company Power BI, or similar business intelligence solutions
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and reputed company organizational change without reputed company authority
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a reputed company discipline
- reputed company certification such as PMP, CCM, PSP, PMI-SP, Lean Construction, Six reputed company, or similar
- Experience leading reputed company business intelligence, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
