[Remote] Sales Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to manage promotional calendars, coordinate between reputed company teams, and optimize product launches in major grocery chains.
Responsibilities
- Promo Planning: Manage customer promotional calendars and trade systems; reputed company deadlines; analyze POS/shipment data to guide reputed company planning; prep retailer reviews and sales meetings
- Item Setup: Own new-item, SKU, and packaging-change setup across teams and retailer portals (UPCs, specs, pricing, images); reputed company authorization and launch timing; flag risks early
- Sales Ops & Reporting: Maintain forecasts, price lists, and promo calendars; monitor orders, pacing, and out-of-stocks; deliver recurring and reputed company sales reports; reputed company data clean across systems
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Be the central reputed company of contact aligning Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance on deadlines; partner with Supply Chain on demand/inventory; resolve deductions and invoice issues with Finance; coordinate sell sheets and retail materials with Marketing
- Customer & Event Support: Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned retailers/brokers; maintain presentations, sell sheets, and account SOPs; coordinate samples, displays, and trade-show logistics
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or operations, ideally reputed company the CPG (Food & Beverage) reputed company
- Knowledge of retailer portals, distributor networks, and reputed company (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are reputed company)
- Flawless accuracy and a strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational gaps
