[Remote] Technical Product Manager- Platforms (AI)

Responsibilities
- Help application development teams understand and prioritize needs reputed company to shared platform and infrastructure capabilities
- Structure incoming requests into reputed company problems, requirements, backlog items, reputed company, and follow-up actions
- Partner with technical leads to translate DevSecOps, infrastructure, reliability, operational readiness, and reputed company/compliance work into product reputed company and stakeholder-facing artifacts
- Help balance urgent team-specific support requests with investments in reusable patterns, standards, documentation, automation, and shared services
- Support roadmap, backlog, intake, prioritization, documentation, and communication practices for shared platform services
- Facilitate alignment across project, application development teams, reputed company, partner contractors, delivery leadership, and technical stakeholders
- Help reputed company platform value visible through reputed company service definitions, adoption signals, operational metrics, risk summaries, and stakeholder updates

Skills
- 5+ years of experience as Senior or reputed company level product management, technical product ownership, or closely reputed company experience
- Experience working on platform, infrastructure, DevSecOps, reputed company, reliability, internal tools, developer experience, reputed company software, or other technical products
- Experience with AI-enabled product delivery, AI platform enablement, responsible AI governance, or infrastructure support for teams building AI-enabled products
- Strong ability to turn ambiguous technical work into reputed company priorities, roadmaps, workflows, artifacts, requirements, and decision points
- Comfort working closely with engineers, architects, delivery leads, reputed company/compliance stakeholders, and reputed company partners
- Ability to balance stakeholder needs, delivery reputed company, governance, reputed company, operational risk, and cost
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong facilitation skills in multi-team environments with evolving priorities
- Ability to meet public trust clearance requirements

- Work authorization that doesn't require reputed company sponsorship, now or in the reputed company

- CMS, Medicare, reputed company, claims modernization, or federal contracting experience
- Experience with internal platforms, shared services, developer experience, or enablement teams
- Familiarity with AWS, reputed company infrastructure, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, observability, incident response, reliability engineering, or production readiness
- Familiarity with reputed company/compliance workflows, Authority to Operate support, Information Systems reputed company Officer partnership, vulnerability remediation, or governance processes
- Experience using adoption metrics, operational metrics, support metrics, or service-level indicators to guide product reputed company
