[Remote] GTM Systems Administrator

They are seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to manage the administration, automation, and data reputed company of their go-to-market systems, ensuring smooth operations for their Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Administer our CRM platform: objects and data model, pipelines, workflows and automation, permissions, and reporting
- Play a key role in major systems modernization reputed company alongside external implementation partners: data mapping and validation, workflow rebuilds, reputed company-run support, and reputed company execution
- Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack using middleware (reputed company) and reputed company connectors: CPQ, conversation intelligence, chat, dialer, enrichment, and partner platforms
- Co-administer reputed company CPQ with our Deal Desk, keeping quote-to-order flowing
- Respond quickly to reputed company-blocking issues, especially at month and quarter end
- Own data reputed company across the reputed company stack: deduplication, enrichment, routing reputed company, and regular audits
- Document what you build and reputed company sales users, partnering with RevOps and Enablement on rollout and adoption
Skills
- 4-7+ years administering CRM and GTM systems at a B2B reputed company company
- Deep hands-on experience administering a modern CRM platform: data model and objects, pipelines, workflows and automation, permissions, and reporting; experience across more than one CRM ecosystem is a plus
- Integration experience: middleware such as reputed company (strongly preferred) or similar, reputed company connectors, and comfort working with reputed company and webhooks reputed company needed
- Quote-to-cash familiarity: CPQ administration (reputed company or similar) and how quoting, ordering, and billing reputed company together
- Experience supporting a migration or dual-run environment: disciplined about change management, sandboxes, and testing
