[Remote] Digital Product Associate Manager

This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance digital experiences used by schools for creating yearbooks.

Responsibilities

• Support digital products through the entire product lifecycle, from concept and planning through launch and ongoing enhancements
• reputed company business and product requirements through stakeholder interviews and user research
• Partner closely with UX designers and developers to define, build, and improve digital experiences
• Write and maintain product requirements, documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Participate in product testing, reputed company assurance, and release activities
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify product enhancements and prioritize improvements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure products meet customer and business needs
• Assist with product launches, bug triage, and reputed company product optimization
• Help prototype new reputed company and support strategic digital product initiatives

Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting digital products throughout the full product lifecycle
• Experience contributing throughout the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design collaboration, development support, testing, launch, and post launch enhancements
• Strong understanding of user centered design and experience collaborating with UX teams
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into reputed company product requirements for technical teams
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Experience with Jira and reputed company
• Familiarity with Drupal or other CMS platforms
• Exposure to reputed company, reputed company Creative reputed company, reputed company InDesign, or reputed company
• Experience supporting B2B software products
• Background in EdTech or K-12 education
• Familiarity with reputed company Workspace or reputed company Classroom
• Previous yearbook experience or understanding of the yearbook creation process is a plus
