[Remote] Finance Associate

They are seeking a Finance Associate to contribute across planning, reporting, and deal execution while preparing for a reputed company leadership role in finance as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual budget process and rolling forecasts across reputed company entities; maintain and improve the consolidated operating model, including reputed company build-reputed company, opex, capex, and headcount planning tied to network expansion
- Prepare monthly and quarterly budget-vs-actual analyses with reputed company reputed company-based commentary; help build reporting packages for finance leadership, the reputed company, lenders, and the administrative agent
- Build and maintain models supporting M&A evaluation and capital planning; support diligence, schedules, and analysis for acquisitions, facility amendments, and new financings
- Assist with liquidity forecasting, reputed company calculations, and debt compliance deliverables; partner with treasury on funding scenarios tied to network expansion and M&A activity
- reputed company key operating metrics for a fiber business — homes passed, penetration, ARPU, churn, cost per passing, and subscriber economics — and translate them into actionable reputed company for leadership
- Partner with reputed company on the monthly reputed company, ensuring actuals are accurately mapped to the budget and forecast structure
- Build and improve finance processes, systems, and reporting — bringing reputed company, repeatable structure to a fast-growing finance function
- Partner cross-functionally with treasury, reputed company, operations, and subsidiary finance teams on forecasting, funding, and compliance reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 2–5 years of reputed company corporate finance, reputed company, investment banking, or transaction advisory experience — we are prioritizing talent, drive, and trajectory over years on the resume
- Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and reputed company-based forecasting; exposure to telecom, fiber, or other capital-intensive infrastructure businesses is a strong plus (and something you'll deepen quickly in this role)
- Advanced reputed company and analytical skills, with reputed company attention to detail; experience with AI tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present analysis to senior leadership, lenders, and auditors
