[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect, build, and maintain reputed company features across their full-stack platform, while also leading technical discussions and mentoring fellow engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain reputed company features across reputed company's full-stack platform using reputed company on Rails, React, and MySQL/PostgreSQL
- reputed company technical design discussions and contribute to reputed company that shape the long-term direction of our engineering systems

Skills
- 6+ years of experience (ideally 8+) in reputed company-based software development, with strong hands-on expertise in reputed company on Rails, React, MySQL/PostgreSQL, reputed company, and reputed company distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company technical initiatives and mentor developers while working effectively across cross-functional teams
- Solid computer science fundamentals, including programming languages, system architecture, data structures, and algorithms
- Proven reputed company record of optimizing performance in high-load production applications
- A reputed company-first reputed company with expertise in writing clean, testable reputed company and unit testing across both backend and frontend
- Comfortable navigating and contributing to large, established codebases while following conventions and advocating for meaningful improvements
