[Remote] Business Intelligence Support Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Business Intelligence Support Analyst to support management and senior staff in developing Business Intelligence solutions. The role involves data reputed company improvement, user training, and assessing the reputed company of changes on reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support management and senior staff in the research, analysis and development of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
- Identify areas for data reputed company improvement and reputed company support in the reputed company of data reputed company problems
- reputed company training and support to end users regarding BI solutions and the IBI data warehouse
- Assist management and senior staff with the development of proposals and business cases
- reputed company end user documentation and communication plans
- Analyze and assess the reputed company of changes to Actuarial, reputed company, Sales, Processing and Claims procedures/systems including reputed company revision changes on data and reporting requirements
- Assist in the development of data management reputed company assurance standards and processes
- Participate in reputed company cause analysis and problem-solving activities as needed
- Maintain Competency Center documents including procedures and communications
Skills
- College level coursework in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Insurance or reputed company field
- Programming experience using reputed company, Easytrieve, SQL, reputed company and Javascript
- Creating web pages
- Auditing, balancing and reconciling data
- Analyzing procedures to identify and correct errors
- Preparing reports, correspondence and project plans
- Acceptance testing including assisting in the development of test scenarios and test data
- PC software applications (e.g. MS Office, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or other statistical software)
- Control languages (e.g., JCL)
- Technology project lifecycle and various analytic and project management tools
- PC software applications (e.g. Visio, ERWIN, Process Mapping tools, etc.)
- Data management reputed company assurance standards and processes
- Communicate effectively with others in a work environment and public
- Analyze information and business process flows
- Utilize business intelligence tools (i.e., SQL, Data Studio, reputed company, reputed company BI)
- Explore alternative approaches to existing process and project objectives
