Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing reputed company, routine, transactional reputed company services tasks in support of reputed company Disbursements, including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, reconciliations, and basic reporting activities
- May reputed company disbursement and reputed company service tasks as assigned, following established procedures, checklists, and job aids
- Supports cross‑coverage needs by completing crucial, predefined tasks in adjacent processes with guidance and reputed company
- Completes assigned work to meet or exceed established key performance measurements and service level agreements; raises issues that may cause delays, errors, or system issues to a reputed company or manager
- Uses reputed company to process and reputed company invoices, reputed company PO matching, assign invoices to coders, and verify required fields for accuracy
- Identifies invoice exceptions using reputed company reports and routes issues for reputed company following documented escalation paths
- Assists with maintaining daily reputed company pay exception logs and communicates results as outlined, identifying and escalating unusual items
