[Remote] Associate Buyer, Procurement (Finance)

The Associate Buyer will support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle reputed company the Finance organization, processing requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in reputed company
- Review requisitions for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure reputed company processing
- Communicate effectively with suppliers on purchase orders and issue reputed company
- reputed company PO status and manage follow-reputed company for delivery and invoicing
- Support supplier reputed company activities
- Maintain procurement records and ensure adherence to controls
- Support process improvement initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of procurement or accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in reputed company and business systems
- Experience with reputed company or similar P2P systems
