[Remote] Senior Account Manager Conferencing

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Conferencing clients, ensuring reputed company satisfaction and fostering renewals while collaborating with various departments to enhance reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities

- Manage the reputed company contract ensuring reputed company requirements and affiliated timelines are met and exceeded
- Foster renewals and reputed company opportunities to reputed company and enhance reputed company reputed company (upsell opportunities)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant (6-7 years) experience in account management, reputed company, or a consultative sales role
- Experience reputed company conferencing in academia, society or the scholarly communications industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Natural relationship cultivator, service orientation
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of internal communication and collaboration with global colleagues
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software

- Experience in a startup environment
