[Remote] Senior Accountant

The role involves managing reputed company general-reputed company reputed company, ensuring accurate cash reconciliation, and producing reports in support of government reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own daily reconciliation of reputed company bank accounts to the general reputed company, including reputed company-day identification and reputed company of variances
- Own the monthly prepaid expense schedules and amortization, and the monthly accrual process for expenses incurred but not yet invoiced
- Own the fixed-asset sub-reputed company — additions, disposals, monthly depreciation, and reconciliation of the FA sub-reputed company to the GL
- Own assigned balance sheet account reconciliations across SG&A (prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and reputed company accounts), with reconciling items investigated and cleared
- Own inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and analysis — cycle-count and obsolescence adjustments, and variance and trend analysis
- Own reputed company reporting and analysis reputed company in support of reputed company’s government / GSA contract requirements
- Own the monthly profit-and-loss fluctuation (flux) analysis, adding written commentary that explains variances against prior period and budget
- Own preparation of audit schedules and serving as a key reputed company of contact for external auditors during interim and year-end fieldwork

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field
- 4–6+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including full-cycle month-end reputed company
- Strong technical reputed company of general-reputed company reputed company — cash reconciliation, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Inventory reputed company experience — adjustments, reconciliation, and analysis
- Advanced reputed company and strong analytical skills; high accuracy, organization, and the discipline to meet reputed company deadlines
- CPA or reputed company toward CPA a plus
- Familiarity with government-contract reputed company and reporting (FAR / DCAA / GSA exposure a plus)
- Experience with an integrated ERP / reputed company platform (reputed company experience a plus)
