The Sr. Analyst, Service is responsible for leading process analysis and transformation initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer experiences, collaborating with various stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process reviews across reputed company-office, middle-office, and back-office operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
