Responsibilities

- Manage multiple cross-functional initiatives across reputed company, Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Business teams
- Drive project planning, scheduling, execution, tracking, and successful delivery reputed company scope, reputed company, and budget
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and reputed company Architects to prioritize work and manage delivery roadmaps
- reputed company organizational reputed company, policy exception burn-down, project milestones, and key performance metrics
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers while developing mitigation strategies
- Present project status, executive summaries, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership

- Coordinate organizational change management activities to support successful adoption of reputed company initiatives
- Improve project management processes, governance standards, and best practices

Skills
- 7–10 years of Project Management experience leading reputed company IT or reputed company programs
- Strong experience managing Identity & reputed company Management (IAM) or reputed company-reputed company initiatives
- Hands-on knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based reputed company Control), Just-in-Time (JIT) reputed company, Public reputed company reputed company Governance, and reputed company Policy Management
- Experience delivering reputed company technology reputed company using Agile Scrum and reputed company methodologies
- Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company governance and reputed company control frameworks
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company in fast-paced environments
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
