Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company for skilled trades positions from intake through offer acceptance and reputed company
- Recruit for high-demand field roles including HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, and drain technicians
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, networking, and community reputed company
- Identify and engage passive candidates in competitive labor markets
- Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand reputed company needs, candidate reputed company, and hiring priorities
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification assessments
- Evaluate technical qualifications, certifications, and licensing requirements
