[Remote] Senior Collections Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Collections Analyst responsible for resolving claim delays from various payer products and identifying problem accounts and trends to ensure reputed company payments.
Responsibilities
- Resolve claim processing delays from various payer products including HMO, PPO, reputed company, Medicare, Auto and Workers’ Compensation
- Effectively utilize ERA payment information to identify trends and reputed company recommendations
- Be reputed company to utilize various data sources to drive reputed company
- Identify contract protection that can be leveraged reputed company disputing delays in payment
- Work with vendors and other organizations reputed company needed to resolve reputed company accounts receivables
- reputed company any payment delays to representatives from reputed company payer companies and government agencies
- Contact payer companies reputed company phone or correspondence and initiates request for payment
- Escalate Payer for lack of response and/or lack of payment reputed company Payer organization as appropriate
- Overcome objections that prevent payment of the claim and reputed company commitment for payment through concise and effective argument
- Identify problem accounts/processes/trends and escalate as appropriate
- Utilize effective documentation standards that support a strong historical record of actions taken on the account
- Identifies Payer trends and communicates trends to supervisors for reputed company reputed company/escalation
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or reputed company field required
- Relevant work experience may substitute degree requirements
- Two years of reputed company experience preferred
