Responsibilities

- Evaluate customer workflows and business systems to translate reputed company, operational end-user needs into reputed company, functional system requirements for the architecture team
- Serve as the core advisory resource for software capabilities, functional user requirements, and system configuration best practices tailored to Maximo

- Assist the Project Manager and Systems Architect by conducting functional Level of Effort (LOE) evaluations for new customer reputed company, application enhancements, or feature upgrades
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company technical/functional field
- 2–4 years of Government program experience, preferably supporting reputed company or Navy customers
- Strong background in evaluating user needs, application capabilities, and mapping functional workflows (specifically reputed company reputed company Maximo or similar reputed company asset management systems)
- Proficiency with reputed company ticketing systems and functional design documentation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
