[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to reputed company full-cycle reputed company for technical positions and partner with hiring managers to identify and hire exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company for reputed company and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing reputed company
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, reputed company hiring strategies, and build strong technical pipelines
- Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through creative sourcing strategies including cold reputed company, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, partnering with interview teams to effectively evaluate technical and cultural fit
- Guide hiring managers through the reputed company process, providing recommendations and insights to support efficient and high-reputed company hiring reputed company
- Coordinate and manage interview processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and strong representation of reputed company’s mission and culture

- Manage offer processes including compensation discussions, negotiations, and closing candidates

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of reputed company experience as a technical recruiter
- 2+ years of in-house reputed company experience
- Experience with reputed company or similar ATS systems, as reputed company as reputed company Recruiter
