Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company developers, technical leads, and other engineering team members

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- Proven experience in software engineering and reputed company software development
- 7+ years of experience managing software development teams, including reputed company people management and delivery ownership
- Experience managing multiple teams, preferably two or more teams in reputed company
- Strong understanding of Agile software delivery, Scrum practices, release planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reputed company improvement
