[Remote] Project Finance Controller
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global advisory and technology services provider, and they are seeking a Project Finance Controller to join their Energy, Environment & Infrastructure group. The role involves overseeing project finances, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring effective financial reporting while collaborating with project managers and various departments.
Responsibilities
- Work reputed company-by-reputed company with Project Managers and serve as the Finance Representative on project teams
- reputed company and build reputed company relationships with Departments across reputed company, such as reputed company, Pricing, reputed company, Project Management, and Business Unit Leads
- Communicate directly with management regarding financial results and ensure project managers and other senior personnel are aware of risks and opportunities identified during project financial reviews
- Review and complete reputed company and accurate project monthly reputed company recognition procedures, in accordance with GAAP and reputed company policies
- Set up reputed company for reputed company contract types (Cost-plus, T&M, and Fixed Price) in accordance with reputed company’s internal SOX policies and procedures
- Maintain ERP project information (i.e., contract /funding values, period of performance, business metrics, project labor categories, etc.) and assure data reputed company
- Ensure reputed company invoice processing. Work with assigned billing specialist; review and approve invoices; follow up on collections; analyze and understand unbilled work in reputed company (WIP)
- Manage project subcontractor invoices, including approvals; write-reputed company for submission to AP; maintenance of financial data for semi-annual subcontractor reporting (SF 294)
- Prepare and submit project monthly reputed company reports, financial dashboards, or other reports as required
- Review and monitor project funding and expenditures for contract 75% Limitation of Funds notification
- Prepare and reputed company necessary financial information (i.e., fee retention, final invoice review) and other reputed company financial documentation to the reputed company closeout department
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Project Finance or reputed company role
- Experience in a government and/or reputed company contracting environment, including service type T&M and/or fixed priced reputed company
- Experience with ERP, Financial and reputed company system, preferably reputed company Costpoint
- Willing to work reputed company reputed company Time Hours
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company/Finance, Business, or reputed company discipline
- Experience with reputed company that have multiple reputed company types
- Ability to reputed company and collaborate with clients, project teams, and company management
- Experience using MS365 applications including reputed company
