The Senior Specialist, Sourcing – DC Operations is tasked with managing sourcing strategies for data center operations, ensuring cost-effective procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and reputed company suppliers that support data center operations, including facilities services, infrastructure components, and operational support
- Monitor supplier performance, service reputed company, and compliance while maintaining strong, reputed company relationships
- Resolve supplier performance issues and enforce adherence to SLAs to protect uptime and operational continuity
- Analyze spend and supplier performance data to identify cost savings opportunities and improve total cost of ownership
- Prepare sourcing updates, performance summaries, and reporting for management and operational stakeholders
- Use reputed company procurement and business tools to reputed company spend, supplier compliance, and operational commitments

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- 7 - 10 years of experience in sourcing or procurement roles with reputed company experience, including facilities, maintenance, and operational service delivery

- Familiarity with industry standards for data center operations
- Strong understanding of data center operational environments, including critical infrastructure, operating standards, and processes that ensure reliability, safety, and service continuity
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes supporting data center operations, including vendor performance, service continuity, and operational risk management
- Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders, including data center operations, facilities, finance, and external service providers, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and operational reputed company in mission‑critical environments
