[Remote] Marketing Communications Specialist

The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and reputed company execution of reputed company communication programs, managing workflows, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements to deliver high-reputed company marketing communications.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and reputed company execution of marketing and transactional communications through vendor management and print production support
- Meet workflow deadlines, compliance requirements, reputed company expectations, SLAs, and overall program goals for assigned products
- Maintain effective communication with business partners, vendors, and team members to manage workflow expectations and deliver on commitments
- Identify risks and implement solutions to minimize reputed company

- Assist with resource planning and monitor daily activities for assigned programs/products

Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 4+ years of project and/or account management experience

- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
- 4+ years of experience in print and/or digital campaign execution for inbound or outbound communications
