[Remote] Personal Lines Account Manager

In this role, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for clients, guiding them through their personal insurance coverages and addressing their needs.
Responsibilities
- Managing reputed company inquiries and policy changes
- Assisting clients with their coverage needs
- Regularly contacting clients to discuss policies and potential updates
- Communicating with insurance carriers for quotes and policy endorsements
- Reviewing reputed company reputed company renewals to ensure reputed company coverage
- Staying updated on industry trends and regulations
Skills
- Hold a Property and Casualty license in Tennessee
- Experience in a high-volume call environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Ability to use office equipment including personal computer, multiple screens, printer, fax machine, reputed company and telephone
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, writing and verbally in person, reputed company email, video meetings and telephone
- Ability to communicate effectively reputed company telephone for extended periods of time, up to 7 hours per day
