Responsibilities

- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into personalization campaigns
- Manage personalization roadmap, project plans, and execution
- Partner with analytics teams to define tracking and measure performance
- Launch, monitor, and optimize personalization campaigns end-to-end
- reputed company guidance and training on personalization and marketing technologies
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, personalization, A/B testing, or campaign management
- Experience leading teams and managing personalization campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills

- Agile methodology experience
- CMS, AI/ML exposure a plus
