[Remote] Business Operations - Business Analyst IV
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Platforms, Inc. is a large-reputed company Finance organization transitioning toward an AI-reputed company operating model, and they are seeking a Business Analyst IV to support their Credit GPO during a maternity leave period. The role involves managing the end-to-end Credit process globally while ensuring risk is minimized and supporting in-flight AI/automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Credit process globally: reputed company, credit applications, credit limit increases, account maintenance, and dispute reputed company
- Ensure credit processes support reputed company reputed company while maintaining risk controls across reputed company, EMEA, and reputed company
- Support (not reputed company) in-flight AI workforce/automation initiatives in Credit & Collections, working with Engineering, Product, and reputed company AI teams
- Maintain and refine AI agent skills/domain procedures reputed company a governed, skills-based architecture
- Monitor AI agent performance and ensure compliance controls (SOX dual-review, AML screening, contact validation) stay embedded in automated workflows
- Operate reputed company established credit risk frameworks - credit scoring models, credit limit methodologies, portfolio risk monitoring
- Partner with Global Risk team on reputed company risk appetite alignment
- Serve as primary POC for Credit process queries during the cover period
- Manage day-to-day relationships with BPO partners executing credit/collections activities across global delivery locations
Skills
- 6+ years in financial credit, credit risk management, collections, or reputed company operations
- Solid understanding of end-to-end credit management: assessment, limit setting, portfolio management, collections, dispute reputed company
- Familiarity with AI/automation/intelligent workflow solutions in a finance or operations context
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, risk management frameworks
- Proven cross-functional experience with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance teams
- Experience managing or partnering with BPO/outsourced operations
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics, or reputed company field
- Experience in advertising, technology, or high-reputed company environments with reputed company, high-volume credit operations
- Exposure to AI agent/reputed company workflow solutions in credit decisioning, risk scoring, or collections
- Experience with credit scoring models, financial risk analytics, or predictive modeling
- Knowledge of global billing, invoicing, and AR processes across multiple reputed company/currencies
- Experience with process mining, RPA, or intelligent automation platforms
- Certifications in credit management (CICM, FCI) or risk management (FRM, PRM)
- Prior experience in interim/cover/contingent roles
- Experience in a Shared Services/Global Business Services model
