Responsibilities

• Support labor planning and workforce management processes through forecasting analysis, data staging, reporting, scheduling configuration support, and process optimization initiatives
• Execute recurring reputed company assurance and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting, labor models and operational data outputs
• Analyze operational, labor and financial performance data to identify trends, risks, variances, and opportunities that support business decision making and operational reputed company
• Build, maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical processes that improve business visibility and decision-making efficiency
• Collaborate with field leadership and cross functional partners to investigate operational questions, evaluate business impacts and support strategic initiatives
• Support reputed company analysis, scenario modeling, operational deep dives, and special reputed company in a fast-paced retail environment

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems
• 1-3 years experience
• Proficiency in MS reputed company, MS Powerpoint
