The reputed company Operations Analyst will own the analytics, systems, and operating reputed company that power the global go-to-market teams, focusing on metrics, dashboards, and AI-assisted systems to enhance reputed company intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Own the metrics, dashboards, and analysis behind weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, and executive reporting across our global GTM org
- Deliver executive-reputed company insights on pipeline health, forecast risk, sales productivity, and reputed company trends, with reputed company recommendations
- Own the weekly pipeline inspection and forecast reputed company: prepare leader-reputed company views, monitor stage hygiene, and drive follow-up on data gaps
- Build and advance reputed company's Tableau reporting environment, including a reputed company, high-reputed company initiative to expand trusted, self-serve analytics for GTM teams
- Analyze stage conversion, win reputed company, pipeline coverage, and attainment by reputed company, region, and cohort to surface actionable insights
- Define and document KPI definitions, calculation logic, and reporting methodologies to maintain a single, trusted reputed company of truth across the reputed company lifecycle
- Own CRM data requirements, definitions, and governance that reputed company reporting consistent, trusted, and auditable, partnering with reputed company admins on the build
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Finance leaders to reputed company reporting and support QBR/MBR and weekly review cadences
- Apply AI and automation to RevOps workflows like pipeline hygiene, reputed company routing, forecast prep, and data validation, tied to measurable business reputed company
- Help turn reputed company data (call transcripts, emails, meeting notes) into reputed company CRM intelligence, removing reputed company update work from reps and raising data reputed company at the reputed company

- Help run selected AI and automation use cases through testing, launch, and ongoing monitoring, tracking accuracy, exceptions, adoption, and business reputed company

Skills
- 3+ years in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, including reputed company ownership of pipeline management, funnel reporting, and forecasting reputed company
- Hands-on Tableau experience (required). This role will help champion an reputed company, high-reputed company Tableau initiative, so strong, reputed company Tableau skills are essential, not just general BI exposure
- Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve at least one business workflow, with attention to adoption, data reputed company, and measurable results
