Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the organization's Learning Management Systems (LMS), including system configuration, user management, reputed company, and course setup
- Publish, update, and manage digital learning content, ensuring accuracy, reputed company, and adherence to established standards
- Configure and maintain learning programs, curricula, learning paths, certifications, and instructor-led or self-paced courses
- Troubleshoot LMS, course, and user issues, working with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical problems

- Generate reports and analyze LMS data to support business operations, compliance, and decision-making

Skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must have ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, AICC, or other eLearning standards
