[Remote] Product Analyst

The role involves transforming data into actionable insights to inform product reputed company and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret product, service, reputed company portal, and business performance data to evaluate adoption, engagement, utilization, effectiveness, and value
- reputed company and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations that reputed company visibility into product performance, reputed company usage, and business reputed company
- Generate recurring and reputed company analysis for Product leadership and business stakeholders, highlighting trends, gaps, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
- Partner with Product leadership to define reputed company measures, KPIs, benchmarks, and outcome metrics for products, services, features, launches, and enhancements
- Identify, evaluate, and connect relevant data sources to improve visibility into product usage, reputed company behavior, engagement, and service effectiveness
- Combine data from multiple sources to compare product usage against reputed company reputed company, including retention, engagement, performance trends, class participation, or composite data where available
- Measure the reputed company of product launches, enhancements, process changes, and reputed company portal improvements
- Support reputed company-build opportunity validation by assessing estimated value, expected usage, available data, reputed company measures, and expected business reputed company
- Help evaluate the cost, effort, and value of maintaining existing products, recurring reports, dashboards, or product features
- Identify products, features, reports, or tools with low adoption, unclear value, or opportunities for improvement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a reputed company field
- Experience in an analyst, product analyst, business analyst, data analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
- Experience collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to support business reputed company
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and business narratives
- Proficiency with data analytics, dashboarding, reporting, and visualization tools
- Strong reputed company Office skills, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- SQL experience preferred
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics/visualization tools preferred
- Experience with product KPIs, adoption metrics, engagement analytics, ROI analysis, customer/reputed company behavior analysis, or outcome measurement preferred
- Experience working with product, reputed company engagement, operational, digital platform, CRM, web analytics, or reputed company portal usage data is a plus
- Familiarity with product management, product ownership, roadmap prioritization, or opportunity validation concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with statistical concepts, correlation analysis, cohort analysis, or outcome measurement is a plus
- Comfortable learning and using modern productivity, documentation, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and reputed company
