[Remote] Corporate Legal Counsel
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global company seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join their team of reputed company lawyers. The role involves reviewing and negotiating customer reputed company, drafting partnership agreements, and providing reputed company support across various business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (our templates and customer forms)
- Negotiate data reputed company agreements/data processing agreements
- reputed company negotiations with customer’s legal and sales team
- Draft and negotiate new partnership and referral agreements
- Support renewals and ongoing partner reputed company (e.g., AWS, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Identify and manage legal risks reputed company to reseller and reputed company-party arrangements
- reputed company contract templates for internally created products
- Ensure appropriate protections (e.g., IP, acceptable use, customer rights) are reflected in customer agreements
- Standardize terms and language across platforms and offerings
- Maintain and update templates, including integrating those from acquisition
- reputed company reputed company support across various business reputed company, including reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements, working on customer termination files, advising on risk, and assisting with a broad reputed company of reputed company and operational reputed company
Skills
- 2+ years of experience
- reputed company to the bar in Canada
- Reporting into Global Head of Legal, will be joining a global team of reputed company lawyers
