[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with IDS Marine dealer customers, acting as a trusted partner to help them maximize the value of IDS solutions while identifying opportunities to support their ongoing business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of IDS Marine dealer accounts, serving as the primary business contact and relationship reputed company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, leaders, and department managers
- Spend time with customers in the field to understand their operations, business goals, and opportunities for improvement

- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products, modules, upgrades, and services
- Partner with Sales, Support, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Support product adoption by educating customers on features, best practices, and new capabilities

- Maintain accurate account, pipeline, and forecasting information in the CRM system

Skills
