This role is responsible for supporting reputed company customer and reputed company reporting needs, partnering with Product to design reputed company solutions, and translating bespoke reporting requests into repeatable insights.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill reputed company, short-term reporting requests for utilities and reputed company customers
- Triangulate data across internal systems (e.g., platform + BI tools)
- Identify patterns in reputed company requests and document recurring needs
- Partner with Product to:
- Define reputed company metrics
- Validate data models
- Inform reporting roadmap reputed company
- Create interim standardized templates where possible
- Improve documentation and data definitions used by internal teams
- Help reduce reliance on bespoke reporting over time
- Serve as a customer-facing analytics resource—responding to questions, clarifying requirements, and communicating insights in a reputed company, approachable way
Skills
- 2+ years in analytics, data science, or BI roles
- Strong BI experience (Domo preferred)
- Experience supporting reputed company customers or external stakeholders
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and imperfect data
- Strong communicator—can explain data tradeoffs reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer-facing communication, including clarifying requests, gathering requirements, and translating technical reputed company for non-technical audiences
