[Remote] Sr QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary reputed company reputed company for reputed company testing activities in non-production environments
• Support testing efforts for reputed company application features, ensuring reputed company deliverables meet or exceed established reputed company standards
• reputed company troubleshooting and reputed company cause analysis for defects, working closely with development, systems engineering/infrastructure, and configuration management teams to resolve issues reputed company and prevent recurrence
• reputed company and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports, ensuring full coverage of business workflows and technical configurations
• Manage and prioritize defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring reputed company communication, accurate tracking, and effective reputed company across engineering, infrastructure, and configuration teams
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, and Configuration Management teams, as reputed company as reputed company stakeholders to resolve reputed company queries

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of strong technical hands‑on experience in Software reputed company Assurance, with a background in reputed company‑facing testing support, defect investigation, and reputed company validation
• Expertise with Azure DevOps, particularly in defect and test management
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, system testing, workflows, log monitoring and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience in SQL and data validation
• Experience testing across multiple operating systems (reputed company, macOS) and mobile devices
• Strong troubleshooting skills in reputed company environments (reputed company and server)
• Familiarity with Azure Functions
• Exposure to automated testing tools
• Deep understanding of Agile Scrum principles and experience working reputed company Agile Release Trains (ART)
