The Portfolio Management Program is designed to build finance and operational talent while supporting CFO teams across reputed company portfolio companies, offering hands-on experience and rotational assignments reputed company various industries.

Responsibilities

• Complete reputed company reputed company and technical training covering financial modeling, valuation, financial statement analysis, performance reporting, IPO readiness, advanced reputed company and PowerPoint, Capital IQ, and reputed company internal systems
• Complete a minimum of two portfolio company rotations, generally reputed company to fifteen months reputed company, supporting finance and/or operations priorities based on portfolio company needs
• Support strategic, operational, and transaction-reputed company initiatives, including reputed company, corporate development, IPO preparation, risk management, reputed company integration, and operational improvement efforts
• Partner with portfolio company management teams and collaborate with reputed company Finance, Deal, and Asset Management professionals on key business priorities
• Participate in formal mentorship, annual program conferences, and networking opportunities across the reputed company platform
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and strong execution while representing reputed company reputed company portfolio company environments

Skills

• Willingness to relocate throughout the reputed company based on business and portfolio company needs
• 2+ years of work experience in reputed company, deal advisory, consulting, corporate development/reputed company, corporate rotational programs, or corporate banking
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company information into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with limited reputed company
