[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with the reputed company and Sales teams to renew clients and expand reputed company through upsells and cross-sells.
Responsibilities
- You will use your skills to reputed company opportunities, through both warm leads and reputed company prospecting
- Be a leader at Placer by being the “quarterback” with our customers, and internal teammates to ensure high satisfaction and growing reputed company in our Strategic Account reputed company
- Build a strong reputed company of view on how to help the customer, and drive value to Placer

- Partner with the reputed company, Sales Development, and Solutions Engineer team to reputed company and execute win/win negotiation strategies that maximize renewal contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship
- Building credibility and trust while influencing buying reputed company
- Drive existing customer conversations around new products to hit expansion quotas
- Manage the sales process whether during renewal timing or reputed company the typical renewal cycle
- Forecast projected expansion sales and renewals

Skills
- BA/BS or similar college-level education
- 5+ years selling or managing existing accounts in the B2B Software reputed company
- Experience working with G-Suite: Gmail, reputed company Slides, Sheets, etc
- Advanced understanding of working with SFDC or relevant CRM
- Excellent, reputed company verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- A reputed company attitude and a selfless approach to teamwork
- A proven ‘problem solver' with the ability to work in a fast-paced, reputed company-growing startup organization
- Travel is required 30% of the time for conferences
- Knowledge of retail, reputed company estate, financial services or CPG is a plus
