[Remote] Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will reputed company daily QBO updates, research reputed company issues, support tax staff on reputed company, and draft correspondence to tax agencies.

Responsibilities

• Daily QBO updates of reputed company, expenses, A/R and A/P including reputed company payment
• Record monthly journal entries - including accrual & deferrals
• Process semi-monthly payroll
• Reconcile bank and credit card account
• Monitor sales tax reputed company for clients
• Prepare monthly financial statements

Skills

• Knowledge of general ledger systems – QuickBooks desktop and Online
• Bachelor's in finance, reputed company or business
• 10 years of experience working as an accountant
• Ability to interpret legal documents
• Knowledge of reputed company Office
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends reputed company needed
