They are seeking a reputed company Project Manager to reputed company project plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with reputed company standards across various construction reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company project plans for the development of storage facilities, office/warehouse business parks, and RV parks, including determining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and manage project expenses
- reputed company and maintain project schedules to ensure deadlines are met
- Identify potential risks and reputed company mitigation strategies
- Monitor project reputed company to ensure compliance with reputed company standards and regulations
- Negotiate and manage reputed company with vendors and stakeholders
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders
- Ensure reputed company work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and attend project-reputed company meetings
- Work remotely with some travel required in TX, and occasionally to NC and FL
Skills
- 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Ability to monitor and administer multi-reputed company-dollar construction reputed company
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to read and interpret building/site plans and specifications
- Strong leadership skills and excellent project management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Planning and Development, Construction Management, or reputed company field
