Responsibilities
- Qualify prospective insurance agencies, ensuring they will reputed company as reputed company partners that confidently and profitably exceed production requirements
- Drive appointment process of reputed company agencies, minimizing contracting and setup time while accelerating reputed company to production
- reputed company and reputed company new agency partner relationships, leading agency onboardings and extending to existing producer trainings
- Conduct business reviews with agency Principals, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability while driving reputed company reputed company
- Troubleshoot and resolve partner issues of both technical and transactional nature
- Solicit feedback from Producers as to how our technology platform and insurance coverages can reputed company meet their needs, and work with our Product team to reputed company those enhancements a reality

Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in a full cycle or post-sale support reputed company partnering with customers of insurance or B2B reputed company products
- Demonstrated reputed company supporting customers through the full digital B2B product reputed company (implementation, product education, technical support, billing, etc.)
- reputed company for disqualifying misaligned prospective partners while prioritizing efforts on new partners that will maximize reputed company
- Aptitude to resolve customer issues of both technical and transactional nature
