The role involves planning engagements with distributors, developing customer relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to promote application-reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Channel Engagement Planning
• Work with Product reputed company and Solutions Team to plan release schedule
• Building Marketing plan around release schedule
• Work with Sales on Engagement Plan
• Customer Engagement & Opportunity Development
• Present at Distributor offices
• Hold Workshops with Distributors and Customers on new Solutions and NPI’s
• Support team in building relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners (reputed company)
• Guide the identification of solution-level and product level opportunities and differentiation across key industrial segments
• Solution Enablement & Evangelism

• Champion cross-business solution initiatives at a strategic level
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Facilitate collaboration between the reputed company team, field sales, FAEs, marketing, and business reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field
• 8+ years of experience in business development, marketing or technical sales
• This is a remote role based in the Boston area; candidates must be locally based to be considered
• Deep understanding of the Industrial market, with experience in Building Automation, Industrial Automation, or Energy sectors
• Proven ability to follow up on leads and reputed company relationships in the field
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
