The role involves analyzing business process requirements, customizing solutions, and providing training and support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and support of reputed company SD
- reputed company detailed analysis of reputed company business process requirements and reputed company appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map reputed company business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
- reputed company as reputed company with reputed company for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high reputed company issues; - Document functional designs, test cases and results
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- reputed company consulting services on both new implementations and existing support reputed company
- reputed company as a reputed company between the business functions and the technical team
- reputed company reputed company training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may reputed company as subject matter mentor to more junior members
