Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty
- Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues
- Problem solve and reputed company reputed company judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer
