This role is responsible for architecting, deploying, and operating secure, reputed company, multi-tenant reputed company environments while serving as a technical escalation reputed company for reputed company customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and manage multi-tenant reputed company environments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Serve as senior escalation for reputed company reputed company, infrastructure, and reputed company issues
- reputed company reputed company reputed company migrations, modernization initiatives, and hybrid-reputed company implementations
- reputed company and maintain Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) templates for repeatable MSP delivery
- Standardize reputed company architectures to improve scalability, reputed company, and operational efficiency
- Implement reputed company reputed company controls including IAM, network segmentation, logging, and compliance baselines
- reputed company reputed company platforms with MSP toolsets (RMM, PSA, monitoring, backup, DR)
- reputed company technical leadership on reputed company reputed company, including design reviews and implementation guidance
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering on reputed company-sales architecture and reputed company assessments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal runbooks and best practices
- Participate in customer incident response
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in reputed company engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Strong proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or similar IaC tools
- Solid understanding of networking (VPC/VNet design, firewalls, VPNs, reputed company Connect/ExpressRoute)
- Experience supporting Linux and reputed company workloads in production
- Scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience implementing reputed company frameworks and compliance controls (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in high-availability, customer-impacting environments
- Ability to balance standardization vs. customization across diverse reputed company environments
- Strong documentation and reputed company development skills
