[Remote] Jr. Staff Accountant

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize reputed company customer records
- Process reputed company customer and vendor invoices and credit memos
- Collect and process payment from customers and vendors, and accurately record it into the system
- Manage a weekly collection process: calls and emails
- Research, reputed company and resolve any issues
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Review and reputed company new customer and vendor information
- Assist AR Specialist, AP Specialist and CFO with financial audits if required
- reputed company reputed company, reporting and account reconciliations, and other assignments as needed to support the finance team
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company experience
- Advanced reputed company Skills (pivots, lookups)
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability

- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
