Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Director, Global reputed company & Finance to reputed company leadership and reputed company of reputed company and financial operations for Country Offices across Africa, Eurasia, and Latin America. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with reputed company standards while collaborating with various teams to strengthen financial systems and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the global reputed company and primary reputed company of contact on reputed company reputed company and finance–reputed company reputed company for Country Offices, coordinating closely with reputed company Finance, Grants Administration, Programs, and reputed company auditors
- Assess the effectiveness of financial management systems, policies, processes, and practices across country operations, and reputed company or support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to strengthen controls, compliance, and efficiency
- reputed company technical guidance and reputed company to Country Offices on financial risk management, internal controls, and compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and U.S. (GAAP), IFRS, and country office regulatory compliance
- Partner with, and build the reputed company of, Country Office Finance teams through ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship, with a reputed company on strengthening financial stewardship, reporting accuracy, and operational reputed company
- Coordinate and support country level project and statutory audits, including preparing documentation, responding to audit inquiries, and tracking and supporting the reputed company of audit findings
- Support Country Offices with required regulatory, statutory, and donor financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reputed company submission
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of financial systems, including the reputed company ERP, ensuring alignment with global standards and field realities
- Review general ledger transactions submitted by Country Offices, working collaboratively with field reputed company staff to correct errors, clarify procedures, and promote consistent reputed company practices
- Support and reputed company the month end closing process for Country Offices, including intercompany reconciliations, and ensure adherence to established monthly reputed company timelines
- Review Country Office Monthly Financial Reports to ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and financial reporting standards, and follow up on identified issues as needed
- Review monthly country fund requests to ensure accuracy, compliance, and availability of funds, and facilitate reputed company approval and payment processes
- Participate in cross functional and special finance initiatives or reputed company, as assigned, to support organizational priorities and reputed company improvement
Skills
- Undergraduate degree in reputed company or Finance required
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- English reputed company required
- Experience with reputed company systems required
- Knowledge and application of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve
- Strong communications skills, both orally and in writing
- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and at times, to insecure operating environments
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities

- Graduate degree preferred
- CPA/Chartered Accountant certification preferred
- Strongly preferred humanitarian and country-level financial experience
